Services offered
Psychotherapy- treatment to resolve deep-seated problems which often have originated in childhood. This may require several months to some years treatment.
Counselling- help to change perceptions or feelings about particularly difficult situations. This may require six months to a year of treatment.
ACC Treatment for adults and children
The specific issues I deal with are -

- Trauma or abuse
- Depression
- Anxiety Disorders
- Grief
- Stress and anxiety
- Conflicts Dilemmas
- Interpersonal difficulties and personal deficits
- Relationship problems
Consultations
Consultations are by appointment. They are fifty minutes long and normally occur weekly. Appointments which are cancelled without 24 hours notice may be charged for.
Fees
My fees by negotiation per 50 min consultation.
If you are referred under an EAP or ACC schemes, the full fee will be Covered.
